The FISH workshop, another opportunity to develop leadership skills at MaxBet

Supporting our employees in their professional development has always been a priority for us and we support them by organizing regular workshops.

Last year on August, 62 MaxBet gambling hall managers and trainers from Bucharest started the FISH interactive workshop, a leadership skills development program based on four pillars: "Be present", "Choose your attitude", " Play ”and“ Surprise them in a pleasant way”.

"First of all, Fish is a journey of self-discovery because everything starts from the inside of the others because without them, life would not have the same color, but also of our common path, shoulder to shoulder. Fish gave me the opportunity to "rediscover" people, those colleagues I have been following for the last 6 months. They charged me with energy and optimism, proving once again that "people are the ones who make the difference."

And as the chemical reaction succeeds only if you put the right ingredients in the right environment, so it turned out to be Fish. Being present, choosing your attitude and refusing to be overwhelmed by your own feelings, relying on a little spontaneity and play and making small friendly gestures towards the people you value are not new things or advice. But, focusing on these 4 ingredients, we have the opportunity to change the present and the future for the better.

During the workshop, our colleagues understood once again how important it is to support the team, but also to create a friendly atmosphere at work to get the best results.
