It is important to have excellent observation skills, multitask ability, self-control, the ability to act tactfully in difficult situations, the ability to apply tools and procedures for monitoring and control of risks adapted to the position and market in which we operate.

Responsibilities:

•           Monitoring the development of activities at the company's work points in accordance with the rules established by the company's management, the internal regulations, the legislation in force;
•           Maintaining the record of the operation of gambling slot-machines and of the technical interventions on them by taking over by telephone the information from the staff in the gambling halls and from the technicians;
•           Reporting the non-compliant events that occur at the company's work points to direct superiors.

Requirements:

•           Excellent communication skills, eager to learn and constantly improve;
•           Ability to work on simultaneous projects and easily manage deadline pressure;
•           Responsibility - believes in the value of an well done job and puts quality first regardless of the effort required;
•           Dedicated to the values of the company and the team it belongs to;
•           Developed ethical sense both in the relationship with managers and colleagues and with other employees;
•          Completed high school, higher education is an advantage;
•           Familiar with video surveillance techniques;
•           Knowledge of English language - intermediate level;
•           Good knowledge of PC operation (Word, Excel).
