PROFILE

• Excellent listening and communication skills;
• Ability to identify and understand customer needs, presenting and proposing the most suitable solutions;
• Pleasant demeanor throughout working hours;
• Constructive attitude, proactivity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn;
• Experience in sales/retail/promoting is an advantage;
• Minimum high school education (completed university studies are an advantage).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcoming and advising clients in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner;
• Providing clients with accurate and complete information about the ongoing advertising activities and events within the company, highlighting the benefits of participating;
• Actively supporting the teams in implementing advertising actions both in the marketing department and on the game room floor;
• Ensuring the correct display of advertising materials on all available platforms within the game rooms;
• Participating in the organization and presentation of events held in Max Bet game rooms;
• Preparing a detailed weekly report on visits to the game rooms.
