MaxBet's sponsorships for dozens of social responsibility projects

Throughout its 20 years of existence in Romania, through the thousands of people who have been part of its great team, MaxBet has demonstrated and continues to demonstrate continuous respect, responsibility, and gratitude towards Romanian society in the framework of which it carries out its economic activities, in Bucharest and 14 other cities across the country.

We are consistent supporters in various areas of social responsibility and we are seriously involved alongside our true volunteers who organize projects on their own, in various corporate social responsibility actions, demonstrating at every level of society that we truly care.

Our support for education and the future of future generations amounts to 1.1 million euros and has included: funding national school olympiads, granting social study scholarships, supporting educational institutions through funding repairs and construction materials to the complete renovation of a school in rural areas, donation of furniture to several schools in rural areas, covering the costs of travel for international competitions and debates (Odyssey of the Mind, NASA Conference, Ardor Association, etc.), donations of educational materials, etc. Starting in 2022, we became involved and supported the BookLand Association with a sponsorship of over 250 thousand euros, in the complete renovation of the "George C. Dragu" Secondary School in Coroiești, Vaslui County.

MaxBet's full support for the training project offered to all employees in the gambling industry by the Responsible Gaming Association was another important project of our involvement. This initiative encourages the idea of responsibility in spending time dedicated to fun in a specialized gambling location, relaxation, and building a trusted relationship with participants in this activity. For the support of health and for all those in need of medical support, we directly and fully supported with 1 million euros the construction of the medical heliport operating day and night at the Emergency University Hospital, Bucharest, put into operation in December 2019. Here, in 2016, in collaboration with the Give Life Association, 6 rooms dedicated to stem cell transplantation were renovated. We continued alongside the Metropolis Philanthropic Foundation, through which we contributed to the complete renovation of the SUUB Food Block, with an investment of 150 thousand euros.

Serious and sincere collaborations last for many years and generate over time trust and lead to a significant contribution, such as participating in the "We Build a Hospital" project of the Give Life Association, ranking among the most important donors (5th place) or, through the same association, renovating a floor of the "Louis Țurcanu" Emergency Children's Clinic in Timișoara. We also joined the Cystic Fibrosis Conference in Cluj, providing support for events that encourage research in medical fields, addressing conditions with significant frequency.

We generously contribute to the Hope&Homes for Children project, offering a significant amount for the construction of the Respiro Center in Iași. This center is a place where children are protected and human values are fully respected, and at the same time, it is an important support for those who need a safe environment and adequate care. Support for the KinetoBebe Association in supporting pediatric therapy scholarships and a source of funding for scoliosis laboratory equipment is also important, so that we can offer children the chance to grow up healthy.

The annual internal event "Champions in Good Deeds", organized since 2013, has been an important pillar in our commitment to social responsibility. All MaxBet team members actively participated in these actions, demonstrating that everyone can be a champion in good deeds, contributing to the community.

Driven by the same principles, we have fully supported the Atletico Slănic Sports Club since 2014, a true school of national and international champion athletes, a club with a sports and competitive activity that covers the entire calendar year, continuously, year after year.

We also annually organize volunteer actions together with all colleagues through Shoebox-type actions. Starting in 2019, we joined the Felix Action Association, providing Christmas feasts for all the association's beneficiaries. These gestures, actions, activities, and projects represent our continuous commitment to bring smiles and joy to the lives of those around us, throughout the year, not just during the holidays, when generosity and altruism are at their highest peaks.
