MaxBet Supports Romanian Cinema!
MaxBet, through MaxFun and MaxVerse, is actively involved in supporting culture and the creative industries in Romania, becoming one of the official partners of the film “Love Without Words” – the first independent Romanian feature film made with and about people with hearing impairments, produced by the National Association of the Deaf in Romania (ANSR).
Public Events
September 11, 2025 – Meet & Greet @ MaxFun Băneasa
- An open event starting at 7:00 PM, where the audience will have the chance to discover behind-the-scenes stories, interact with the film’s team and actors, and enjoy the unique atmosphere of a truly special project. It will be an evening full of joy and memorable moments.
September 17, 2025 – Gala Premiere @ Cineplexx Băneasa, Epika Hall (450 seats)
- A gala event dedicated to the film’s official launch.
September 19, 2025 – National Premiere
- The film will be released in cinemas across the country.
🌍 International Journey
“Love Without Words” continues the successful path started with the short film released in 2023, which won awards at Canada Shorts and the Stockholm Film Festival, and was also nominated at Cannes 2024.
Director Octavian Iacob, a graduate of the New York Film Academy, now carries the story forward with a feature film that aims to compete in international film festivals and secure distribution on Netflix.
